Estimated delivery time & Shipment charges

• We have our delivery partners who ensure that the product reaches you within the stipulated time as communicated to you while placing the order. However in case of any unforeseen delays, we request you to get in touch with us for the latest update on your order status. Also you can check the status of your order on our delivery partner’s website.
• Shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes etc are paid by the Buyers. 

Order Tracking

• We make sure to deliver your product within the stipulated time. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 15 days post placing the order or 15 days after stipulated delivery date in the case of pre-pay orders; please give us a call at our number or email us at info@rainforestitaly.com. 
• Please note that once the product is delivered and the delivery team has left your premises, we will be able to only honor manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.

Cancellation and Return

• We do not offer exchanges or cancellations unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to mend or replace the item,
• We do not offer refunds for order cancellations. 
• We work with the ethics of high quality that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product (manufacturing defect), it is kindly requested to bring it to our notice via phone or email within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Our team will revert within 1-2 working days after assessing the damage and with a solution. We shall not be liable for any trasnsit damage post the stipulated time. We ensure to take necessary corrective measure to solve the problem. 
• In case of return the buyer is liable for repacking the produce properly to avoid further damage during return transit

FOR PREPAID ORDERS

• Sofas and seating: We manufacture sofas and chairs against the order placed by you, and hence request you to prepay the cost. We absolutely do not offer exchanges or cancellations of any kind on sofas and seating’s.
• For Wardrobes: We manufacture wardrobes against the order placed by you, and hence request you to prepay the cost. We absolutely do not offer exchanges or cancellations of any kind on wardrobes.
